2019 FIELD Program Registration Cancellation Policy

Payment is expected within 14 days of the registration date, or, if the registration is less than 14 days before the start of the program on June 2, by Friday, May 31.

If you need to cancel your registration, the following rules apply:

• All cancellations should be made by phone by calling MBArk at 303-502-9516.  You can leave messages if we are not available when you call, however, no registration will be cancelled based solely on a voicemail message.  We must confirm those details live.
• Registrations that are cancelled by May 2, 2019 will be refunded at 96% of their cost if originally paid by credit card, and 98% of their cost if originally paid by check.
• Registrations that are cancelled after May 2, 2019 will be refunded at 90% of their cost.

Please note that any reservations you make with our partner hotels are governed by their cancellation policies, and MBArk cannot guarantee the availability of refunds.
