In 2024 we were once again pleased to partner with the nearby Embassy Suites Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn, both of which offer first class accommodations and terrific mid-winter rates: $129 and $109/night, respectively, plus applicable taxes. These rates were unchanged from our 2023 event.
We also set up a roommate matching board so that attendees could easily find someone with whom to split a double occupancy room.
Rooms were available on a first-come, first-served basis. The deadline for reserving through MBArk was December 27, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. MST.
MBArk2Boulder participants are always responsible for their own hotel bills.
A fun and friendly hotel with a great rate and upscale atmosphere, the Hilton Garden Inn is located less than two miles from the CU campus, where our event takes place. It features on-site dining at the Garden Grille & Bar, a 24-hour market, and build-your-own trail mix bar.
This beautiful Hilton property, which is also nearby the campus, opened in November, 2017. It features spacious two-room suites, upscale furnishings, a rooftop pool, two-story fitness center, stunning views, complimentary evening receptions with drinks, and free made-to-order breakfasts.
